Dr. Ken Morgan obtained degrees in geology, environmental engineering and resource management before starting his career as a professor at TCU in 1978. In 1981, he started and became Director of the TCU Center for Remote Sensing and Energy Research for energy resource mapping.

Dr. Morgan has lectured extensively throughout the U.S., Europe, Asia and the Middle East about resource mapping, energy technology and emerging natural gas markets. In 2008, he founded and became Director of the TCU Energy Institute and established an Advisory Board of 24 energy companies. He is also the Director of TCU’s new School of Geology, Energy and The Environment.

Ken has published numerous articles on the potential use of domestic natural gas in the U.S. He currently chairs the Texas ³Metroplex NGV Consortium² of over 100 companies and helped lead the successful legislation for the Texas NGV Transportation Triangle, Texas Senate Bill SB-20. He also enjoys driving a Honda GX-NGV to help promote the use of clean burning natural gas.

Love is a public affairs expert with extensive media relations, political strategy, crisis management and strategic communication expertise. Love manages a wide breadth of clients for Mach 1 – from higher education institutions and non-profits to trade associations – and specializes in oil and gas, water and electric industry communications as director of the firm’s natural resources practice.

Before joining the Mach 1 Group, Love served as Director Public Affairs for the Chairman of the Texas Railroad Commission (RRC), where she was nominated for Outstanding Women in Texas Government.

Love’s experience and savvy has received attention locally and nationally – receiving a Bronze Stevie award for Female Executive of the Year (’23), Agency Planner of the Year (’23) from Austin Alliance for Women in Media and a nomination for Austin Business Journal’s Women in Business (’22), which celebrates Central Texas women at the top of their industry.

A 7th generation Texan, Love is passionate about sharing her talents to serve her local community. She is the co-founder and board member of the American Energy Institute and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Pink Granite Foundation and Women’s Symphony League of Austin. She’s a former board member of the Austin Alliance for Women in Media and KLRU Community Advisory Board. In addition, she serves on the Austin Business Journal Leadership Trust and is an active member of Women Communicators of Austin and the Public Relations Society of America.

Love earned both her Bachelor and Master of Fine Arts degree from Texas State University. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling the world with her husband Jarod.

Lindsey Miller serves as Director for Government Affairs at Enterprise Products. In her current capacity, Lindsey’s main objective is to facilitate solutions for legislative issues via state and local public policy representation.

Prior to joining Enterprise Products, Lindsey held a similar position as the Manager of Government Relations, Texas, for Anadarko Petroleum. Prior to that she served as a Director of Government and Regulatory Affairs and Manager of Government Affairs for TIPRO (Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association).

Steve Milloy is a senior legal fellow with the Energy and Environmental Legal Institute, the founder and publisher of JunkScience.com, and an environmental and public health consultant. Mr. Milloy is a biostatistician and securities lawyer who has also been a registered securities principal, investment fund manager, coal company executive, non-profit executive, and a print/web columnist on science and business issues. Mr. Milloy has authored six books and 1,000+ articles in major newspapers and web sites including the Wall Street Journal, FoxNews.com, Washington Times, and many other print and web outlets. Mr. Milloy served on the transition team for the Trump EPA.

Caleb R. Troxclair is the founder and principal attorney at Troxclair PC. He has expertise in energy, utility, regulatory, and legislative law and policy.
Caleb represents clients across various sectors with many different needs, maneuvering state regulatory agencies and the Texas Legislature. He spends time offering advice and counsel to clients on business, public relations, and government affairs strategies.

Prior to founding Troxclair PC, Caleb served as Chief of Staff and Legal Counsel to the Chairman of the Texas Railroad Commission, Texas’ oil & gas regulatory body. In this role he advised the Chairman on complex legal and policy issues impacting Texas’ energy sector, as well as assisted in running the nearly 800-person agency.

Before joining the Railroad Commission, Caleb was Chief of Staff to a Texas state representative for nearly a decade, where he helped to pass and implement many energy and utility-related bills into law. In addition to his role as Chief of Staff, Caleb also served as Committee Clerk to the Texas House Committee on Regulated Industries, which had jurisdiction over telecommunications and electricity policy-related legislation.

Caleb received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University-Kingsville and his JD from the University of Texas-Austin. He and his wife, Ellen, reside in Lakeway with their three children.
